Final Judgment was awarded on July 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2011-CA-015163, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, MISCHELL WASHINGTON A/K/A MISCHELLE WASHINGTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MISCHELL WASHINGTON A/K/A MISCHELLE WASHINGTON; M H LENDING LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CORTNEE BRANTLEY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
