NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-00749 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Brian Livingston, Melissa Livingston, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., dba American Mortgage Network of Florida, Panther Trace Homeowners' Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Kate Simko, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
