NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014096, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH POFFEL A/K/A ELIZABETH A. POFFEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH POFFEL A/K/A ELIZABETH A. POFFEL; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL PRO LAWN MAINTENANCE, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7927 LANDMARK TERRACE , BLDG. 7 , PALMERA POINTE , A CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983 , PAGE 0711 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY , FLORIDA , TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
