NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004097 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Place One Condominium Association, Inc , Clerk of the Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Felicia M. Williams, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 3809 PAGE 886 ET SEQ THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3 AT PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
