NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-016151, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-14, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES GSAA 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and SHAHLA TEHRANI A/K/A SHAHLA P TEHRANI; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAHLA TEHRANI A/K/A SHAHLA P TEHRANI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17thday of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 11, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 66 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
