NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-001535, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff RAMON HERNANDO A/K/A RAMON M HERNANDO; THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRIGIDA HERNANDO A/K/A BRIGIDA S HERNANDO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 13211, IN BUILDING 05, OF THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16709 AT PAGE 769, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
