NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006035, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN V. CHRIMES A/K/A JOHN VINCENT CHRIMES, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CHRIMES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPT. 27, 2006, SVEA C. CHRIMES A/K/A SVEA CHRISTIANE CHRIMES, JOHN VINCENT CHRIMES, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE CHRIMES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPT. 27, 2006, SVEA CHRISTIANE CHRIMES, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE CHRIMES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPT. 27, 2006 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 35 FEET THEREOF FOR MUTUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENTS
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
