NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018126, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and MARK G. TERNENT AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JACK G. TERNENT; MARK G. TERNENT; ERIKA LEVCSIK; HIGHGATE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 405 OF PHASE 4, HIGHGATE IV CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4653, AT PAGE 865 AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, IF ANY AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINUIM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
