Notice is given that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this case on August 13, 2013, and a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008346 pending in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BILL C. KARAMITSOS, LUCY M. KARAMITSOS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., FAIRCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, electronically online, at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 30, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit No. 3903, of FAIRCREST III, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 5269, Page 570, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 70, Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida.
