NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-022212, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO ESPINO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 101 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF REVISED MAP OF BLOCK 1 AND 7 OF KNOLLWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
