LOT 23, BLOCK 24, APOLLO BEACH UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING TAX ID # 053120.0000
and commonly known as: 625 GOLF AND SEA BLVD, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
