NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-019536 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 20th day of September, 2013, using the following method : 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 49 FEET OF LOT 12, ALL OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 12 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 6, BELVEDERE PLACE GIBSON & HOBBS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
