NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-012131 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and GIANG NGUYEN A/K/A GIANG TRUONG NGUYEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 203 feet of the South 1322.75 Feet of East 210 Feet of North 3/4 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 31 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS road right of way for Simmons Road.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
