Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2012-CA-0011494, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, SHIN JIN PARK; HOON SOK PARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIN JIN PARK; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY; WINDSOR PARK OF TAMPA HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATTI L. HYPES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
