Final Judgment was awarded on October 4, 2010 in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-016746, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and, BRENDA HAMPTON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
