NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 08, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 07, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-005027 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GUIFREDO RODRIGUEZ, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 13, OF GROVE PARK ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
