NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013348 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Action Management LLC, Beazer Homes Corp., Creek View Homeowners Association, Inc., Ge Money Bank, Unknown Spouse of Sheila A. Sneed A/K/A Sheila A. Wagner, Sheila A. Sneed A/K/A Sheila A. Wagner, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
