NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006280 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Joseph A. Nero III a/k/a Joseph Nero, Erin R. Nero a/k/a Erin Nero, Covewood Neighborhood Association Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 50, BLOCK 1, OF COVEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 258, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
