NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003798 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Fabiana L. Neto, Easton Park Homeowners' Association of New Tampa, Inc., Jose M. Neto, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
