NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007962 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Todd R. Chamberlain, Lauren C. Gearhart, LSG Community Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Novastar Mortgage, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, LAKE ST. GEORGE-UNIT VI, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 70 AND 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
