NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005527 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee, Successor In Interest To Wachovia Bank, N.A., As Trustee, For JPM ALT 2005-ALT2,, is the Plaintiff and Piotr Reszczynski, Brigadoon of Clearwater Homeowners Association, Inc., Regions Bank, Ryszard Sikorski, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Charlene Van Alstyne, Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Richard Van Alstyne, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
