NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005647 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NATIXIS 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Marcela Borbon a/k/a Marcela G. Borbon, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, EAGLE MANOR 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
