US BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL2, is Plaintiff and J.ROGER WHITING; JAY F. SOVINE A/K/A JAY SOVINE; JEFFREY STEPHEN DUFFY A/K/A JEFFREY DUFFY; LLOYD D. LEHAN III; THIEN JULIE HARRAH; MANDALAY BEACH CLUB OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATIONAL CITY BANK N/K/A PNC BANK, N.A., are defendants.
