ARDILA; SARAH ARDILA A/K/A SARAH E. ARDILA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ΒΌ OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH RANGE 16 EAST, RUN NORTH 88 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST 708.00 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 88 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST, 142.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 16 MINUTES 05 SECONDS EAST, 336.13 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 08 SECONDS WEST 142.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 16 MINUTES 05 SECONDS WEST, 335.84 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 30.00 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
