NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10011936CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JOANN GARRETT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 1/2 of Lots 78 and 79, A REVISED MAP OF PINE LAWN SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
