NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-014527-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, WAYNE A. DANIEL; JULIA M. DANIEL; JOHN DOE N/K/A MIKE DANIEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATIOON SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 10, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
