NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 10006328CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 10th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY PART OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LARRY`S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LARRY`S SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 41, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7, 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 4 DEGREES 11`45” WEST, 107.36 FEET, TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT RADIUS 30 FEET, ARC 21.19 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 73 DEGREES 57`26” EAST, 20.76 FEET; THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT RADIUS 185 FEET, ARC 48.58 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 61 DEGREES 14`35” EAST, 48.45 FEET; THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT RADIUS 70 FEET, ARC 84.30 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 34 DEGREES 16`03” WEST, 79.30 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
