Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-3426-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL APARTMENT NO. 102, ROTHMOOR ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 44, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4885, PAGE 845, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO ALSO DESCRIBED AS APARTMENT NO. 102, ROTHMOOR ESTATES CONDOMINIUM # 1, INC., ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 34, 35 & 36, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3631,PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
