NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011670, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ANTWAN J. GROOMS; TWANA GROOMS, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 29, LEWIS ISLAND BAHAMA ISLES ADD., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
