NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005403, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, is Plaintiff and YINIBETH DANIZA HIDROBO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YINIBETH DANIZA HIDROBO; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; CHASE BANK USA, N.A., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 10, OF NORTH EUCLID OASIS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
