NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008096, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-1, is Plaintiff and FERNANDO REYES AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST #3523 DATED DECEMBER 6, 2011; FERNANDO REYES; KEVIN DESHAZO; HOLLY C. DESHAZO; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST #3523 DATED DECEMBER 6, 2011; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DAVID RAY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 135 AND 136, THUMA PLAN OF LOTS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
