NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001658 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-WF1, Plaintiff and Willie L. Reddish are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 7, REVISION OF VINSETTA PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
