NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002919 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for The Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Shawn Theodore Starr a/k/a Shawn T. Starr, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 64 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 65, O.A. BEEVER'S NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41-S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
