NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003731 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing. L.P., Plaintiff and Nivaldo Trujillo and Barbara Romero, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING NO.2, ROSETREE VILLAGE PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
