NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-010619 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., Plaintiff and Larry E. Cutsinger and Jesse Hugh Rhodes, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Carol A. Rhodes Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, WESTGATE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
