NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-008581 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as Successor to Lasalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Ryan W. Loope a/k/a Ryan Loope and Corri Loope, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 69, KEENE LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
