NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-010907 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-11, Plaintiff and James Lee and Cassandra Lee are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “G”, GOLDEN GROVES UNIT-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
