Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and Ana C. Sierra, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 13th day of September, 2013, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 700 of HARBORVIEW GRANDE, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14870, Page 2151, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 140, Page 87, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
