YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose lien has been filed against you and you are required to service a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SEAN A. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before September 23, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Unit No. 307 of PARADISE ISLAND TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 40 through 44 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in O. R. Book 4834, Pages 622 through 689, as amended in O.R. Book 4909, Pages 953 through 956, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
