YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. C-15 of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3665, Page 870, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1522 Mission Hills Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 23, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
