NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause on August 6, 2013 in case no. 12-012025-CI, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida wherein GISELA WERLE is the Plaintiff and SHERRI DAVIS is the Defendant, where the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
The East ½ of Lot 22, HERRONS SUBDIVISION NO. 7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 31 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of September, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
