Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-008823-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, BRIAN J. KENNEDY; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY; PETER FARRINGTON; DEBBIE FARRINGTON; SHORES OF LONG BAYOU XVII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHN HAMERLINCK; JANE DOE N/K/A PATRICIA HAMERLINCK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 10, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 10700, PAGES 522-575, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 121, PAGES 68-71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
