NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018946, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB. F.K.A WORLD SAVINGS BANK is the Plaintiff, and, DEAN S. KINNEAR; JANE I KINNEAR; JOHN TENANT N/K/A JOHN GAUSE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 11, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF THE NORTH 110 FEET OF THE EAST 133 FEET OF LOT 1, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET, BLOCK 28, MAP OF THE TOWN TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
