NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-000283 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Patricia L. Addiss, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
