NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-06656 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Mary A. Austin, The Lake St. George South Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Patricia Tripicchio, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 210, LAKE ST. GEORGE SOUTH - UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 52 THROUGH 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
