NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-008993-CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP, is the Plaintiff and THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; EARL IVES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ZAILIME RODRIGUEZ are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 12, BELLECREST HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
