NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CI-009341 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Michael Hicks a/k/a Michael Eugene Hicks, Clerk of the Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Jennifer Pickett, Pinellas County, Florida, State of Florida, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 27, OF HOERNER HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
