NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0606281, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-3 is the Plaintiff and DOLORES M. BISBEE, BEHRING WEST, INC., MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOLORES M. BISBEE and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: LOT 31, BLOCK 67, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 THROUGH 28, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3258, PAGES 641 THROUGH 714, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
