NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11006384CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PAIBOON LUEKHAMHAN, SAMANTHA PHANSITHIRATH and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, NOR-MAR SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
