NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006199 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Darlene A. Spring a/k/a Darlene Ann Spring, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 99, HIALEA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
